Debbie and her cheerleading crew are up for the National Cheerleading World Championships that are to take place in Bakersfield, California. They land a coup when they get top-notch guy cheerleader, Jason, to join the squad. Debbie has sex with him to "welcome" him to the squad, part of her "duties" as team captain. They are interrupted by Allison, Debbie's chief rival, and co-captain. The first thing Allison wants to do is steal Jason away from Debbie.
